Letter to the President of the European Parliament Mr Martin Schulz, for the Unsettled WWII German Reparations to Greece

Honorable President of the European Parliament MR Martin Schulz.
cc: Honorable Members of the European Parliament, Honorable President, Honorable Vice Presidents and Honorable other Members of the Committee.
A few days ago we celebrated in Greece the anniversary of 28th October 1940 in which Greece said no (OHI) to Mussolini who asked the surrender of Greece to him.
As the most of you are young enough you probably not know about the victory
of Greece against the fascism at that year and the attack of Hitler and Germans against Greece to save Mussolini. And what crimes of Germans followed the occupation of Greece by them.
You may know that some days ago the Greek MEP Mr. Marias spoke about the German compensations for the massacres and devastations caused by Germany in Greece during the Second World War.
“May I inform you that the obligations of Germany to Greece, because of the German occupation during WWII are of two kinds
A. Those to the Greek state and
B. Those to the Greeks victims of Germany.

A. The obligations to the Greek state concern.
1. The returning of stolen archaeological and other art treasures.
2. Reparations for the destruction of the Greek economy, amounting to 7,1 billion U.S. dollars (purchasing value of 1938). Today value 108 billion euros (without interest).
3. The forced loan of 3,5 billion U.S. dollars (purchasing value of 1938). Today value 54 billion euros (without interest).
The recent value of the above total amount of 10,6 (7,1+3,5) billion U.S. dollars of purchasing value of 1938 equals to 164 billion euros (without interest).
Including interest from the owed amount from Germany to Greece exceeds 1 trillion euros.
Specifically:
1. The thieves must return the stolen archaeological and other art treasures and art treasures which are recorded by the Directorate of Antiquities and Historical Monuments and by the Archaeology Department of the University / University of Athens.
2. For the destruction of the Greek economy, the Allied Commission of 19 countries in Europe, in Paris in 1946 attributed to pay Germany to Greece, the amount of 7,100 billion dollars of purchasing value of 1938, instead of the amount of 14,500 billion dollars requested by Greece.
You may see details about the destruction of the Greek economy at the first attached (google translate) and below at the end.
Present value of EUR 108 billion euros (excluding interest).

3. For the occupation forced loan.
The remaining, amounting to 3,500 billion dollars purchasing value of 1938 (Hitler paid before the end of the occupation 2 small doses) and of current value of 54 billion (without interest).
About this occupation loan the international law defines that a country under occupation is obliged to maintain the occupation’s troops but until the point where it can do it.
Greece during it’s occupation was charged by Germany with the nutrition of occupation troops (German, Italian, Bulgarian) much more it could.
Total number of 670,000 occupation troops
Greece originally in 1942 (before the genocide to be mentioned that became) had a population of 7,344,860 people. So it could feed the occupying troops (Germans, Italians, Bulgarians Bulgarian) which numbered more than 670,000 men. Even more for feeding the army of Rommel, Africa Corps (exceptionally, only Greece!).
Hitler to circumvent the designated by the international law concluded a loan from Greece. The so called occupation forced loan.
Hitler before the end of the occupation of Greece paid two small portions of the loan.
B. Obligations to victims.
There were 89 acknowledged holocausts. Entire Greece is a holocaust-cemetery of countless martyred cities.

13,5 % of the Greek population was lost. Compare, Russia 10% loss anb Poland 8% loss.
According to calculations of the National Greek Council, the losses of Greek citizens because of the German occupation amounted to 1,106,922.
Ass I said the calculation is based on the population of Greece in 1940, which amounted to 7,344,860 people. In 1944 fell to 6,805,000 and in 1947 mounted only 7,367,405. Even it had to overcome 8,500,000.
From the above it is clear that the declaration of Schäuble that “the theme of compensations from the perspective of the Federal Government is no longer an issue”, is blatant refusal to acknowledge German obligations to Greece.
Please find at the second attached and at the end details of the Greek Holocaust. That old blight of Germany.
Of course you know Germany new blight in Greece, in Spain, Portugal etc.
Sincerely Yours

P.S. You may know that Schäuble, the man who fully characterizes the Fourth Reich (as Hitler characterized the third one), “ordered” Greeks provocatively and as a “conqueror” of Greece, to stop any mention about German compensations for the massacres and devastations caused by Germany in Greece during the Second World War. Saying he decided that “no theme exists”.
Germany for different unacceptable reasons, with the help of some Greek politicians refuses for many years to pay. The reason for which some Greek politicians behave so, is similar with the reason for which some Greek politicians the last 5 years enslaved Greece to Germany.
His excellency, our new EU President, whom a lot of times I called Pontius Pilatus, may inform you about.
And why It seems that Merkel knows the way to make them obedient to her.
